    The whole rom is divided in 3 parts. If you extract 1st part, the whole rom folder will get extracted

    No. If you will flash it it will also replace the boot.img....So i think that every thing should be fine.After that you can reflash the recovery using mtk uncletools :)(I think you know that lol!)

    And yes the rom i provided below is KITKAT. If you want to have the jellybean rom it is with the guys at service centers. I myself had to go to them for downgrading to jellybean for 8gigs model.
